The Starter Plan is all about you and your lifestyle. We want you to achieve the perfect health, weight and energy that you deserve, and we want to take away the pain and make it all about gain.

We deliver healthy, delicious, personalised meals to you, every day. We will drop off at your house, every morning, breakfast, lunch, dinner and a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack.

This food will be nutritionally complete and means that for as long as you want, you don’t have to go near a supermarket, a recipe book or a take-away restaurant.

No backsliding, no temptation, no problems – all the gain without the pain.

We deliver early every morning based on the time slot you choose:

• Before 6am
• Between 6am and 9am

When you open your door, your delicious, freshly prepared meals for the day will be sitting there waiting for you in a blue bag. At the end of the day you leave the empty bag outside your door in the same place and we’ll replace it, by the morning, with a full one, ready for the next day.

Specific or unusual, delivery requirements will be worked out with you when you sign on.
